Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kreate Club (the “Service”), operated by Kreate Club (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

Kreate Club is a visual AI workspace where you bring together source material (videos, notes, PDFs, images, voice memos, links) to discover patterns, generate ideas, and create content. All AI output is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing it, for the accuracy and legality of what you publish, and for having the rights to any material you upload.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Subscriptions, billing & Merchant of Record

Paid plans are billed monthly and shown in US dollars; your local currency and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial (payment method required); you are not charged until the trial ends. Plans include a monthly credit allowance that refreshes each billing cycle; unused credits do not roll over. The credit cost of each action is shown before you use it. Optional one-time credit boosts add credits to your current billing cycle only: boost credits, like plan credits, expire when your monthly allowance refreshes and do not roll over. The expiry date is shown before purchase.

Referral program. When a user you refer starts a paid plan, both accounts receive 200 bonus credits, valid for the then-current billing cycle (they expire at the next allowance refresh, like boosts). Rewards are capped at 10 converted referrals per referrer per month, are void where the referred payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back (in which case we may reverse the credits), and self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are not rewarded. We may modify or end the referral program at any time.

Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments Inc. (“Dodo Payments”). Dodo Payments handles payment processing, billing, sales tax/VAT collection and receipts, and is the seller of record for your purchase. Dodo Payments's Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle until you cancel. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle, never retroactively.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from the pricing page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; the 7-day free trial is provided so you can evaluate the Service before any charge. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service to plagiarize, impersonate a real person, or infringe others' rights;
upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or content you have no rights to;
violate the rules of third-party platforms you publish to;
scrape, resell, or provide unauthorized access to the Service or its APIs;
attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent limits or security of the Service.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or threaten the Service.

6. Your content and outputs

You retain ownership of the material you upload and of the outputs you generate, subject to your having the rights to the inputs. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, sending it to our AI providers to produce your results). We do not use your private uploads to train our own models. The Service is designed to remix ideas through your voice, not to copy source sentences verbatim.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property other than the right to use the Service as permitted here.

8. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. It is provided for your review and editing, not as professional advice. You are solely responsible for what you publish.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including our AI, transcript, hosting, and payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms may apply to your use.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Payment transactions are additionally subject to Dodo Payments's terms as Merchant of Record.
