Kreate ClubRefund Policy
Last updated 11 July 2026
In short
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged until it ends. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Beyond that, charges are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
1. Free trial
When you sign up you get a 7-day free trial. We do not charge you during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you will not be billed. This trial is your opportunity to evaluate the Service fully before any payment.
2. Billing
After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribed (in USD; your local currency and taxes are shown at checkout). Payments are collected by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments Inc., who issues your receipts and appears on your statement.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the pricing page (or by emailing us). Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Credits do not roll over and are not refundable when a plan ends.
4. Refunds
Because we offer a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying, charges for subscription periods are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused credits. We do not provide pro-rated refunds when you cancel mid-cycle.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Where such rights apply, or in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges, we will honor them.
5. Requesting a refund or billing help
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, were charged in error, or need any billing help, email support@kreate.club within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the transaction details. Approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments back to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card provider.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect when you were charged applies to that charge. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
