Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Kreate Club (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and your rights. We are the data controller for the information described here.

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and authentication details.
Content you add: links, PDFs, images, pasted text, voice memos and their transcripts, notes, your voice profile, and the outputs you generate.
Usage data: feature and event analytics, and error diagnostics, used to run and improve the product.
Billing data: handled by Dodo Payments (see below). We receive your plan, subscription status, and country/tax region, but never your full card details.

2. How we use your data

to provide the Service: transcribe, summarize, and generate content from what you add;
to operate your account, billing, and support;
to secure, maintain, and improve the product;
to send transactional and, where you allow it, product emails.

3. How your content is handled

Transcripts of public videos are cached in a shared library so repeat lookups are instant for everyone. Your uploaded files (PDFs, images, voice memos, pasted text) and their transcripts are private to your account and never enter the shared cache. Content is sent to our AI provider solely to produce your transcripts, summaries, profiles, and content, never to train our own models.

4. Payment data & Dodo Payments

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments Inc.. When you subscribe, Dodo Payments collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Processors we use

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Service:

Supabase: database, authentication, file storage
Google Gemini: AI processing of your content
Supadata: public-video transcripts
Dodo Payments: payments, billing, tax (Merchant of Record)
Vercel: hosting
PostHog: product analytics
Sentry: error monitoring
Resend: transactional email
Meta (Facebook) Pixel: advertising measurement on our marketing pages

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Deleting your account removes your boards, sources, private transcripts, voice profile, and outputs. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records held by Dodo Payments for tax purposes).

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email us and we'll action your request. You may also have rights under applicable law (such as GDPR or Indian data-protection law), including the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to notify you of material incidents where required.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
